Track: Security - PKI and HSMs
Primary Technology Skills: SafeNet HSMs (Luna and Protect Server), MS PKI
Secondary Technology Skills: ActiveID CMS

2-3 years of experience in PKI & HSM

Part of IT Security Operations Team for a Global BFSI Customer, responsible for Deployment, Administration, Monitoring, Management, Maintenance and Support of SafeNet HSMs (Luna and Protect Server), Microsoft PKI and its related infrastructure on
day-to-day basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform support operations on day-to-day basis
Provide support to project activities on HSMs and PKI (Upgrades, Migration,
Integration, etc)
Monitoring and Management of HSMs in MS PKI and Internet Banking
Infrastructure
Might need to support ActiveID Card Management System which is integrated with
MS PKI, when required.
In co-ordination with HCL and Customer's Security Teams, perform actions to
maintain Service Level Objectives as well as security, audit and compliance tasks
Strive for continuous improvement to improve service and support operations

PRE-REQUISITES/SKILLSETS

Graduate/Engineering Degree
CCNA/CCSA Certification would be advantage
Good understanding of IT Service Management processes and practices. ITIL
Certification preferred.
Strong understanding on SafeNet General Purpose, Luna and Protect Server HSMs
(Hardware Security Modules) in PKI and Banking Infrastructure
Understanding and experience on MS PKI, ActiveID CMS would be a definite
advantage.
Experience in PKI/HSM Build/Migration Projects is a definite advantage.
Good problem-solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills
Strong service mindset
Experience and knowledge of Netbanking/Card Infrastructure and systems in
banking is a unique advantage
Good communication skills combined with adequate written and spoken English
language capabilities
Understanding on Security, Data Protection, Audit and Compliance requirements,
specifically in Banking and Financial Services Industry Vertical.
