An exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Application Support consultant to join a huge global company based in the Netherlands, Diemen.

CRITICAL NEEDS
*Experience in User Support involving queries about applications, issue resolution in production environment that cannot be handed by L1.
*Domain knowledge of recruitment & staffing industry.
*Knowledge about Dutch & English.
*Work with customers to resolve issues and engage our Level 3 team/third party vendors when needed.
*Entry level,Technical skill background of .net,SQL .
*Ability to understand and troubleshoot critical Issues.
*Rigor for SLA Compliance and user response
*Well versed experience on ITIL Process, predominantly on Incident Management.
*Ability and flexibility to work in onsite/offshore with India team.
*Ability and flexibility to adapt to new business process & understand business applications .

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Identify and develop required written and online support documentation.
*Maintain and update training and support tracking records.
*Enter, track and help set priorities for escalated issues.
*Provide ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements.
*Provide feedback to manager and other members on process change suggestions.
