L1 SUPPORT ANALYST - BRUSSELS
My Brussels-based client is keen on getting an experienced professional to join them on a 12 month project as an APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST. You will be responsible for handling customer queries and act as bridge between business and IT.
You must be able to have fluency in English and French (Francais) or Dutch (Nederlands), and be available to start ASAP on site in Brussels!
As a SUPPORT ANALYST, you will require the following:
- Strong understanding of standard ITIL framework and its application in IT landscape(ITIL Certification would be a plus).
- Excellent hands on experience in day to day operations of Production Support environment (Application Operations/Application Management).
- Responsible for overall Business Communication during any incident/planned intervention.
- Responsible for answering technical & functional issues and queries raised by the clients.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
