L1-L2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - NETWORKING - KRAKOW

- 3 month contract
- Location - Krakow
- €200-300/day
- Languages - English Mandatory
This is a Support Engineer role within the support and professional services division to provide L1 to L2 support work to technology partners and customers. The key requirement for this role is to have networking knowledge and education and network related experience.
The main skill required is Juniper.
Delivery offerings include F5, Palo Alto, Check Point, Blue Coat, Allot, Websense, Juniper, Citrix, Cisco, and more.
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Non-technical skills/attributes:
- Fluent and clear written and spoken English.
- Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative. Technical skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Candidates will ideally have at least 6 - 12 month's experience in a helpdesk environment using ticketing system.
- Juniper and/or Cisco experience with entry level certifications extremely desirable.
- Comfortable with both Microsoft & Linux Operating Systems.
- DNS, Email, VoIP, VPNs, Domain Registration, Databases, IIS, AD, Group Policies, IP addresses & sub netting, SSLs, Backups,
