1st Line/L1 Service Desk Engineer (Tri-Lingual: Dutch, French & English speaker)

I am currently hiring a Tri-Lingual 1st Line/L1 Service Desk Engineer (Dutch, French & English speaker) for an exciting 8 month contract at our client's Antwerp location.

THE SERVICE DESK ENGINEERS:

- Work on service tickets, all other tickets should be assigned to the correct non queue.
- Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
- Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis
- Resolving incidents/service requests when first contacted whenever possible
- Escalating incidents/service requests that they cannot resolve within agreed timescales
- Keeping users informed of progress
- Closing all resolved incidents, requests and other calls
- End user documentation
- Escalate problems/fast recurring incidents to DRC.
- Knowledge documentation and transfer between staff members
- Exchange/skype administration (user creation,..) based on tickets

MUST HAVES:

- Analytical skills
- Office 365 basic knowledge (Exchange, office,...)
- Skype
- Windows 10
