L1 Desktop Technicians

L1 DESKTOP TECHNICIANS 2 RESOURCES NEEDED SEATTLE, WA 2 MONTH CONTRACT WITH OPTION TO EXTEND

40-45 hour work week, Average of 15-20 minutes per computer, 2 techs needed.

STAGGERED SHIFTS: 5AM 2PM OR 11AM 8PM.

Techs will be remoting into POS computers across the US, HI, AK and PR to uninstall old custom driver and install new custom printer driver. Verify the PC and printer works correctly. Record data, update xls, log unique issues.

Must be highly sufficient in computer skills, not needed to support computers. Background in customer service is nice to have. Good hygiene and phone skills are needed when interacting with store employees. Some weekend shifts maybe needed.
