L1 Desktop Support
One of our major client is urgently looking for a L1 Desktop Support for a rolling contract in Halsa & Bergneset, Norway.
As L1 Desktop Support you will be required to have experience in the following skill set:
* Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment in plant and campus
* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
* Knowledge of networks and Servers
* Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
* Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
* Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
* Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met
* Active participation daily/weekly/monthly meetings and timely submission of reports
* Provide 24x7 on-call with the ability to be onsite within 2 hours for major issues

Duration: 4 Months (with possibility of extension)
