L&D Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Talent Manager. HR. Central London. CIPD.

Consultant required to design and deliver learning programmes to the business' management structure, initially on a 3 month contract but with scope for a long term assignment paying £300 - £350 per day.

Our prestigious client have a requirement for an experienced and CIPD certified Learning & Development Manager/L&D Manager/Talent Manager to join the business to design and deliver a number of learning initiatives, programmes and workshops to the business' middle and senior management. This role will require some travel to the business' sites across the UK.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following:

- Hands on Coaching and facilitation experience (ideally ILM Level 5 or 7 Coaching certification or similar)
- Extensive experience of working in hands on L&D, Talent, OD or Career Development roles (ideally with CIPD certification)
- Experience of designing and delivering learning interventions and workshops to Senior & middle management
