L&D Development Consultant

Our client is a major FTSE100 player who has grown over recent years via mergerFinance and a number of other domains. As a result of this they require a number of learning/training consultants to support the development of learning solutions - across a number of formats eg E-learning, instructor-led, blended learning. These solutions will support the changing business practices in four key areas - systems, policy and process, business specialisms and ways of working. Specific activities and outcomes will include: The design and development of effective learning solutions such as training materials and job aids within programme timescales Building of training templates and tools that can be standardised and rapidly deployed. Coordination of the production of learning materials for implementation (translation, branding, printing, LMS, etc.) Working collaboratively with other programme and project managers across the organisation Supporting Capability Development Managers with delivery of learning solutions for key stakeholders Applicants should have experience in the L Photoshop; Flash and other authoring packages would be useful. Knowledge of the wider performance management and learning space would be useful.

The roles are very hands-on delivery roles, they are not management of a team delivering these.
