L&D consultants in Leadership Development

We are looking for 3 L&D consultants who can assist in developing a blended learning solution for a global organisation based in the technology sector. Use of the full blend will mean classroom, eLearning, mobile learning and social networking.

The three roles are as follows:

Role 1 - Leadership audience (Senior Executive Programme)
Role 2 - Manager Audience (Training managers programme)
Role 3 - Top Talent Development (fast track employees)

This initiative is looking for consultants who can deliver the following:

*Support the development of business requirements for the manager audience, identify solution objectives, and lead the design of solutions that successfully support the skills and capabilities needed for the organisations transformation
*Leverage input from the organization and apply thought leadership in instructional strategies to determine the right skills and learning approach (eg mobile, virtual, etc.)
*Use the businesses agile development process to create market leading solutions for rapid deployment across our global manager audiences
*Design, develop and prototype innovative designs to continually increase the impact of our solutions with our managers
*Lead the creative revision and iterative updates of solutions to keep pace with shifting business needs and audience requirements on a regional and global basis
*Create solutions that move learning experiences from an event-based 'one and done' to continuous learning that offers easily accessible content, in the right way at the right time

Capabilities, Skills and Knowledge:

*10+ years' experience in instructional design in building leadership development learning solutions across various modalities (eg classroom, virtual, mobile, social) is required. Experience in agile development preferred
*Excellent collaboration skills to build strong partnerships with team members, HR line and in-business stakeholders, up, down and across the organization
*As part of the agile development process, possess excellent skills in facilitating collaborative brainstorming meetings to drive creativity, identify themes and solution approaches
*Possesses a strong drive for results, adaptability and decisiveness to ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time to our customers
*Experience in facilitating classroom training required and facilitating virtual training preferred
*BS/BA in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources or similar field is required. MS/MA preferred.

All three roles are anticipated to require 20 hours per week from 1st July to 30th September. Where the required skills can be demonstrated, an individual could perform two roles to undertake one full time role.
The client is based in the US on an 8 hour time difference.
