Learning & Development Advisor - City Of London - c.£45K My client, a leading professional services firm, has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor. The role is for an ambitious and determined individual to join the Learning and Development team. This is a great opportunity to support this thriving organisation at a pivotal time in a varied and interesting role. Working closely with the L&D Manager and the rest of the L - Be a subject matter expert and able to create and implement innovative learning methods - Both design and deliver the necessary training - Play a key part in the review of previous L&D methods and initiatives - Liaise with the wider HR to Implement new training plans to match the firms strategic growth plans - Aid the development of staff acclimatising to their new roles The successful candidate will be a confident individual with the ability to deal with feedback as well as having the following criteria - Strong all round passionate L&D professional - Experience at the advisor level - Competent computer skills - Excellent communicator with flexible attitude to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders - Professional services experience highly advantageous For immediate consideration please forward on a copy of your updated CV ASAP
