Learning and Development Business Capability Partner

Overview:

Our market leading client are looking for a Business Capability Partner (Learning and Development). The role will require the successful individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with key senior management, ensuring that capability development is active within the business and learning and development is viewed as a key strategic resource that enhances business performance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ability to identify learning and development needs and demonstrate an understanding of the full learning cycle, from LNA to delivery and evaluation.
- Appropriate learning & Development/Coaching/CIPD qualification.
- Design and delivery experience of leadership and people management modules and full programmes of learning activity.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing individuals at a senior level within a business environment.
- Developed facilitation skills with experience of working on a 1-2-1 and team perspective at a senior level.
- People management experience and an understanding of best practice approaches within people management.

Further Information:

Applicants should be excellent communicators with proven strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills. This role will require occasional travel to London and applicant will need to be willing to do so when required.
