Junor/Mid-Level Project Manager - 120K

A premier chicago financial exchange and clearing house is looking for a project manager to implement agile methodologies into their development processes. Dodd-Frank has increased the value and importance of exchanges, this is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing global firm.

Candidates must have:

- Proven track record of success as a project manager
- Complete understanding of and experience with agile development
- Ability to handle multiple projects with difficult requirements, and short time-lines
- Ability to manage up and down, understanding the importance of developers in each individual project as well as the bigger picture for the business.
- Ability to understand and explain the technologies and systems used in development projects ( does not need to be a developer, but must speak the language)
