*JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR/DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST - PHARMA INDUSTRY - BRUSSELS,BELGIUM*
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experience and highly desirable Jr Project Co-ordinator/juniorPMO
REQUIRED SKILLS:- - Support of the team though project coordination and submission meeting preparation and follow up, is required.
- Main accountabilities These Services shall be performed on-Client sites: Administration tasks related to CTD/CARS
- Link of documents across folders in CARS
- 2. Naming of the docs following Content Plan
- 3. Search of literature
- 4. Create RocsBox requests
- 5. Create bookmarks and cross-references
- 6. Check Word aspects (tables, figures...)
- 7. Check standard of all documents
- 8. Check PDF rendition of all documents
