IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Supporting end-users in case of hardware or software issues
-Troubleshooting activity on site, on the phone and with remote connection
-Work with other members of the Swiss Admin team and the extended IT organization to support internal and customer facing applications
-Perform routine administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks
-Participate on project teams and provide support services to other IT teams
-Create and maintain detailed support documentations
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-IT related education or equivalent job experience in related field
-Experience as IT Supporter, System Engineer / Administrator or similar discipline with a clear focus on end-user support
-Hands on experience supporting and administering Windows clients and related periphery
-Experience supporting a Windows Server environment with a working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and related technologies preferred
-Experience in software deployment (SCCM, installation scripts) preferred
-First experiences in Virtualization and Networking technologies
-Good technical written and verbal communications skills in German and English
