JUNIOR WEB SERVICES DEVELOPER

Basis:

Fixed Term, Full time 37.50 hours a week, 52 weeks per year. Falmouth Exeter Plus are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Web Services Developer on a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension of an additional 12 months. The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to attend a SharePoint 2013 external training course and a MS VB.NET course.

Qualified to Graduate level in Computer Science or a related subject, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and improving the existing web-based applications in addition to resolving Priority 1 and 2 service desk support calls.

With knowledge in VB.NET, database technology and web services and accessibility, and a strong desire to cross train into SharePoint, you will be effective in resolving and interpreting the requirements of both technical and non-technical users of the main systems.

You will be an effective communicator who possesses good decision making and organisational skills along with the ability to work well in a team and using your own initiative.
