Junior Vmware Administrator/Sandy Springs

We are looking for a VMware System Administrator to join our team for a long term contract in the Perimeter area. In this role, you will provide 1st level administration support for our virtual and remote services environment. This will include monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining our VMware 4.x/5.x environments. This is a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to be involved in several new and exciting projects as our company's growth mode continues.

- 2+ years of VMware Systems Administration experience preferably in a global, multi-site company.
- 2+ years experience administering, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware 4.x/5.x
- Detailed knowledge of VMware monitoring tools
- Clear understanding of Windows Client and Server Architecture
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 Standard/Enterprise
- Knowledge of security around Virtual and Remote services infrastructures
- Experience with preparing analysis reports on capacity, health status, and new and resolved issues
- BA or BS Degree in IT, IS, Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
- VCP Certifications are a plus
