IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Answer calls, emails and face-to-face requests related to incidents or questions on the IDM and SubmissionExpert systems
-Troubleshoot trending production issues
-Provide user drop-in sessions for key user communities
-Escalate issues to PTR OBE-Business Systems Support Manager
-Work together with Business Managers on customer sites
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Background in end-user support
-Very strong computer skills with knowledge of Documentum based solutions
-Good understanding of Regulatory and CMC (chemistry manufacturing & control)
-Great communication skills (excellent English and German language skills are mandatory)
-CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality (at least knowledge of CSV)
-Proactive, engaged and problem-solving work attitude
