Junior Systems Project Manager - CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate project communications and associated periodic project reporting documentation.
- Action all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle life and ensure actions are closed out.
- Work closely with internal teams.
- Work with development team to develop design specifications for correspondence, reports, and/or interfaces.
- Work with business units/technology function to devise UAT scripts and see these scripts are implemented and administered.
- Leadership, support, issue resolution and closure of client UAT cycles.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure that IT and business teams are kept informed of project progress, team member performance, critical issues, and achievement of major milestones.
- Support the overall end user training programme.
- Extensive business unit involvement and collaboration with multiple workgroups.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM or equivalent environment.
- Sound knowledge of UAT techniques and practices.
- Strong business analysis skills with solid grounding in project management principles.
- Proven ability to work with both business and technical team members.
- Detail orientated with strong oral and written communications.
- Project Management/Business Analysis qualification desirable.
- Strong competence in data management - User Acceptance Testing and data cleansing and management.
- Approx 5 years relevant experience in a corporate environment
