JUNIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

One of the biggest international pharmaceutical companies with HQ in Basel is looking for a JUNIOR SYSTEM ANALYST with Experience inthe PHARMACEUTICAL industry and CSV.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in September until the end of 2016.

In this position as JUNIOR SYSTEM ANALYST, you will provide application management and support, to ensure operational stability and effectiveness of several applications. Furthermore, you will support the IT solutions by applying specific knowledge of systems and tools as well as problem solving skills. Additionally, you will implement and monitor system performance using defined standards and resolve or escalate problems for resolution when appropriate. Finally, you as a system analyst will manage change requests to improve efficiency, functionality and reliability and participate in the execution and documentation of system testing.

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES ARE:

- ONE YEAR SERIALIZATION EXPERIENCE
- UNDERSTANDING of business processes in the SUPPLY CHAIN ENVIRONMENT, specifically in the PACKAGING AREA (ideally also work experience)
- Experience with TRACK AND TRACE SYSTEMS and automation
- Experience in incident management
- Experience in Troubleshooting
- DATABASE/SQL Know how
- Knowledge of PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on-call arrangements to provide GLOBAL SUPPORT
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Laetus and/or OPAL track & trace solutions will be a plus
- MES (Mfg. Execution System) Experience
