Junior System and Application Management Support

My client, one of the leading IT companies, is currently looking for a Junior System and Application Management support.

You will participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications and production environment and respond to exceptions by initiating the correct actions to meet the highest availability targets.

Responsibilities:
-You should have at least one or two years of application support experience in an environment of monitoring and supporting critical applications(any) round the clock
-Applications to be supported at are home built running on HPUX and RHEL platforms
-You will go through internal application training to get to know them before they start working/supporting in the business area
-You are expected to work two weekends(Saturday and Sunday) in a month which could be in the day(07 till 17 hours) or in the evening (17 till 01 hours)
-You are expected to work evening hours (17 till 01 hours) 4-5 days in a row for every 2 weeks

Experience:
- University degree IT/Engineering
- Analytical skill
- Communication skill, fluency in English
- HP Unix, Redhat Linux
- Oracle, Java, Cassandra
- Perl Scripting, TCPIP, DNS, VPN
- Experience in similar position/environment
