Junior System Administrator - Support/Citrix (4399)

For a short term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - SUPPORT/CITRIX (4399)

The ideal candidate is a customer focused teamplayer, who has a strong technical background to communicate with different stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN CITRIX, TROUBLESHOOTING AND WINDOWS 2009
- EXPERIENCE IN L3 SUPPORT INCLUDING CHANGE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENTERPRISE CLASS REMOTE COMPUTING SOLUTIONS
- STRONG EXPERIENCE IN 1ST AND 2ND LEVEL SUPPORT
- Able to follow company standards and procedures including security and change control
- Experience in WMvare, Netscaler and Juniper would be a strong asset
- Fluent in English, German is nice to have

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met
- Participate, provide support and coverage during BCM tests
- Provide L3 support and installations of Citrix & ESX Servers
- Provide Application Deployment on Citrix Servers
- Provide installation and support of Remote Access Gateways (Netscaler & Juniper)
- Provide Security Patching on Citrix Servers and Remote Access Gateway
