Junior Service Manager Cloud

One of The Netherlands leading companies is looking for a Junior Service Manager to take the lead in the Cloud Environment. Within this role you will be responsible for assisting the cloud usage and on boarding of users and applications to Cloud.

You also will be assisting with cloud service optimizations, rolling out new tools like CloudHealth. Other tasks will be writing user guides, answering frequently used questions and organize ask-the-experts sessions.

We are looking for someone with:

- Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure: both hands on
- Experience in IT security (CISSP)
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCruizer, PowerBI
- Experience with Scripting languages
- AI Chat Bots
- Some knowledge of Salesforce
- Work experience with working in the Oil and Gas branch
- Excellent English language skills
- Work permit for The Netherlands, because you need to start as soon as possible

This job is in The Hague and will be for at least a year with a possibility of a permanent position.
