Junior Service Manager

Junior Service manager required in France to work for a well-established manufacturing company. Responsible for assisting in monitoring and reporting service levels in comparison to targets set in service level agreements and KPI's. The successful candidate will assist in measuring and improving team performance by leading and mentoring colleagues. Working with key stakeholders to build new and existing relationships.
Experience with Microsoft applications and SharePoint would be advantageous.

Candidates must have strong reporting skills within Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

This position will be based in France for a 6 month contract with a good chance of extension.
