Junior Service Level Support Consultant

JUNIOR, SERVICE LEVEL SUPPORT, SLA, DUTCH

eCRM Euro are looking for Junior Service Level Support Consultant for our client in Amsterdam.Service Level Support:
Degree in computer science/management comparable education/experience required
At least 3 years of experience from Managed Services, Management Consulting or Project Management within the Telecom or similar industry
More than 3 years of experience in managing SLAs is preferred
Understand portfolio and relationship to service delivery and able to handle situations when customer demands services outside scope of contract.
Good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Vendors services product portfolio and delivery processes
Good knowledge and understanding of Vendors client business situation
Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
Proven negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and good knowledge on Dutch language preferred
Good communication, behavior and customer centric skills should possess
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, MSWord and Powerpoint
