REQUIRED:

- Holds Project Management certification. (PRINCE 2, PMP)
- At least 1 years of related project management experience.

DESIRED:

- Holds Bachelors' degree or equivalent.
- Experienced in leading small/medium sized projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

- Seeking a Project Manager capable of managing the delivery of business critical projects within the business operations environment.
- Using an existing project management methodology, this person will take clearly scoped out initiatives and be responsible for the planning, control and delivery against the Project Charter.
- There is a need to build project teams in order to affect delivery and also deliver communications plan against each assigned initiative in order to ensure visibility and control.
- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Working with the Project Sponsor, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements required in order to achieve the project objectives.
- Using the proper project management tools, develop full scale project plans.
- Manage project resource allocation
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Quality assurance
- constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions based upon a defined communications plan.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Perform post project assessment according to identified criteria.
