Junior/Senior Counsel x 10 Hong Kong - Legal/Regulatory Change

Due to a significant upturn in business volumes we are seeking a number of high calibre Junior and Senior Legal Counsel to join our client who are one of the leading banks in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support within the Bank's business in Hong Kong, including corporate lending, trade financing, global trading, investment banking
- Provide legal coverage and support for private banking and asset management
- Provide legal advice and legal counsel on legal queries
- Management relationship with assigned client groups and to provide legal support and guidance to the assigned areas
- Identify and resolve complex legal issues
- Assist with corporate governance
- Overseeing external counsel engagement

The successful candidates will be qualified lawyers with at 5 to 12 years of post-qualification experience gained in an international law firm and/or a bank. You will have strong knowledge in legal field, and with strong understanding of business and regulatory environment in Hong Kong. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. You must have strong research and relationship management skills as well.
