Junior Release Manager and Coordinator/IT Security (4663)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced JUNIOR RELEASE MANAGER AND COORDINATOR/IT SECURITY (4663).

As a Release Manager you are responsible to coordinate and support the client's releases in Security Engineering in alignment with different stakeholders (PMs, Testers, Engineers, etc.)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERIENCED IN RELEASE MANAGEMENT OR CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- UNDERSTANDING OF SDLC (SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE) METHODOLOGIES
- Operational knowledge of financial services product terminology
- Jira and Sharepoint knowledge as well as all common Microsoft Products
- Understanding of project planning in technical and fast pace environment
- Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into your daily work
- Fluent in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Align and ensure E2E Release Coordination
- Assigning items to releases based on readiness and dependencies
- Review Change Requests before the CAB meeting to ensure quality
- Creation of Release Notes if necessary and Release Plans
- Packaging and Packaging Coordination
- Gathering PSO related approvals
- Ensure Communication (together with Project Manager)
- Escalation Management during Rollout if necessary
- Closing Report
