Junior Recruitment Coordinator

The RC will work to schedule candidates, and will report directly to a Recruitment Relationship Manager, as a part of his/her team. As an RC, your daily responsibilities will include: interview scheduling, candidate care, onboarding and reporting, working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting phone screens (as needed), meeting/conference call set up, timekeeping for local Recruiting team, preparing and reconciling expense reports, handling vendor payables and ordering requests. A high level of initiative will allow you to get involved with special projects and other duties from time to time that will support different hiring efforts.

This is initially a temporary role for at least 3 months, based in SLOUGH.

We are looking for someone with:

- A very recent Graduate: degree level education in Business Administration or Human Resources (other type of degrees will also be taken into consideration), who is willing to start a career in HR/Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and passion for providing great service
- "Some" previous administration support experience would be a plus, but not compulsory
