Job Description
Junior Recruitment Consultant We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Recruitment Consultant to be based in our London office. To be successful within this role we are looking for someone with 6-12 months experience as a resourcer or recruiter but 12 - 18 months experience working within an outbound cold calling environment is ideal experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the desire to get into recruitment; there is a massive possibility for career progression especially for a candidate who is keen and eager to grow within the industry. The role of a Junior Recruitment Consultant is a whole recruitment life cycle position from Day One, meaning that you will deal with the whole placement process from beginning to end. Your daily activities include:

• Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies
• Sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media mainly LinkedIn, advertisement and CV Databases
• Screening candidates to ensure they are suitable for the role by looking at their experience and qualifications
• Being the mediator between the client and the candidate at interview stage, gathering feedback from both parties
