For our client, global banking company located in Zurich is looking for a JUNIOR RECRUITING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST for a 6-Months contract.
YOUR ROLE
Are you well organized? Are you interested in IT topics? Do you have a sharp eye for detail?
We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
- support in administrative tasks, such as candidate rejections, invoicing etc.
- contribute to IT-related activities and support in system testings
- control process alignments and conduct spot checks
- treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk
YOUR TEAM
You'll be working in the Recruiting Operations team in Zurich. Our role is to support the Recruiting Organization Switzerland with process and tool related topics.
YOU HAVE:
- advanced Microsoft Office skills
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role
- very good German and English language skills, French and Italian would be an advantage
- experience in a large company
You are:
- truly service oriented
- well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
- able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
