JR. RECRUITER/COORDINATOR

- Responsible for Full-life cycle recruiting for one client group.
- Posting positions, sourcing/screening candidates, and building relationships with client group.
- Also responsible for interview scheduling to support client group and a team of Recruitment Specialists.
- Scheduling process is often complex requiring coordination of interviews in multiple locations with varied set-ups (panels, one-on-one, presentations, etc).
- Responsibilities include coordination of multiple calendars, managing candidate travel plans, providing interview team and candidates necessary documentation and guidelines to ensure an effective and efficient interview process.
- Strong partnerships will be a key success factor in this position as will the ability to prioritize and adjust to change.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS

- BS degree required
- Prior internship experience required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Taleo a strong plus.
- Extremely detail oriented - must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think logically and work independently
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be persistent and aggressive in following up to obtain information from various sources.
