Junior Quantitative Analyst - R-studio/Python (4616)

Your Qualifications:

- 2 years' experience in business analysis, portfolio optimisation, quantitative modelling or quantitative research role, preferably in a bank
- University education, preferably in finance, science, or engineering
- Strong IT skills, experienced in use of high-performance Servers to process data and utilise machine learning algorithms in a timely manner
- Proficient use of R-Studio and/or Python software packages on data analytics/text mining
- Team player and proven ability to lead virtual teams
- Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

- Help drive cost and shareholder value optimisation initiatives using innovative AI and pattern recognition techniques, quantitative modelling, and large amount of granular data
- Ensure timely delivery of key tasks and milestones
- Sourcing, preparation and enhancement of large amount of data
- Use innovative machine learning algorithms to extract information
- Prepare investigative analysis to achieve high model accuracy
