MY DUTIES:

- Establishing and maintaining good governance structure
- Organize and streamline all the roadmaps against different tools
- Resource management of IT products and service supplier contracts
- Handling all communications (internal & external) and providing reports
- Documentations in MoM application (Management of Measurements)
- Driving and organizing meetings & conferences (onsite & virtual)
- Focus on end user communication aligned with internal comms department for every release / update 

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced in different IT projects 
- Communicative and open-minded
- Detailed & organized attitude and team spirit
- Business English & good German communication skills
