IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Support program manager in provider management and planning
-Support program manager board presentations, project progress reporting, cost control and funding, protocol meetings and boards, Open Item lists
-Provide service and support regarding organizational tasks
-Support teams by setting up the change requests
-Overall monitoring and administration of change requests
-Support reconciliation with provider manager and delivery manager to agree on possible delivery steps/releases
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in project controlling
-Experience in Resource Management
-Experience in the Travel & Transport industry
-Knowledge of change request management tasks, responsibilities, processes and tools
-Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint administration is beneficial
-Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management (user) administration is of advantage
