Junior Project Manager Data - Sharepoint - Pharmaceutical

Next Ventures is urgently seeking a Junior Project Manager to be based full time in Prague, Czech Republic. Ideally, you will have had experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks and requirements:

Prepare communication packages and communication flow in cooperation with Communication Manager
Support all sites with regards to local order procedure, questions etc.
Prepare local CAR's together with SIMs and Asset Management team
Coordinates preparation of PO documents
Setup monitoring process to track installations and decom's per datacenter and per server
Identify and resolve issues with data quality eg Servers in not existing DC's
Clarify exact target DC placement (what DC) in coordination with global AD team
Tracking and reporting (number of Servers deployed, planned etc.), reports project status, issues and risks using escalation as needed
Agrees on prioritization of deployment and decommissioning with the AD Team
Project Management in Clarity, LO sheets, Status Report Owner
Manages the project SharePoint (SharePoint Document Librarian)
Support coordination of the project plan and timelines for deployment and decommissioning with related projects: datacenter consolidation projects (early transformations) and VBlock deployment project
