JOB DESCRIPTION - JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of Project Manager experience
- Experience in Clinical trials
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry
TASKS:
- Update stream planning information in corporate systems used to manage and report progress.
- Develop and update required budgets and resources for execution of stream in line with Program Strategy
- Drive execution, coordinate and track progress of project schedule(s) against agreed milestones, costs and resources across departments (eg Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D .).
- Proactively identify deviations from schedule/budget and any other issues, evaluate options and implement optimal solutions within a defined timeframe through appropriate interactions with Stream Team members and departmental PMs
- Drive preparation for key decisions at appropriate Vaccines Commercial Team level, and/or escalate to governing bodies as required.
- Understand scientific discussions at Project Team meeting and release meeting minutes
- Ensure identification of stream risks and creation of risk register for the project with Project Team, manage the register on an on-going basis.
- Build and update Stream trackers
- Ensure relevant and timely communication around stream to relevant stakeholders, including Program Manager
- Actively contribute to preparation of program/portfolio reviews and provide data related to project as required.
- Ensure documentation and archiving of stream governance, ie Vaccines Commercial Team
Location: Wavre/Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 12 MONTHS + POSSIBLE EXTENSION
Language requirement: ENGLISH
