Junior Project Manager/BSA 80-100% (Document Management) (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Collect, clarify and manage business requirements in the knowledge management space
-Facilitate requirement gathering & exploration workshops
-Understand business needs and translate them into implementable requirements for development team
-Work alongside the development team to formalise and document solution architecture
-Coordinate and track delivery of a small agile team (there are separate Scrum masters for the software development)
-Work with tester on test case definitions to ensure fitness for purpose
-Monitor quality of functionality delivered and fitness for purpose

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in IT related concepts, software development and IT infrastructure
-Self-motivation and ability to identify issues and work independently
-Practical experience with data governance processes
-Fluency in either German or English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
-Ability to talk and understand both software developers and pharma business people
-Pharma experience required
