One of our Global Clients is looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER for a long-term contract for 18-24 MONTHS.

I am looking for a Junior Project Manager with some Pharma Industry experience to update project team planning information in corporate systems used to manage and report progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Update project team planning information in corporate systems used to manage and report progress.
- Develop and update required budgets and resources for execution of project in line with Project/Portfolio Strategy
- Drive execution, coordinate and track progress of project schedule(s) against agreed milestones, costs and resources across departments (eg Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D .).
- Proactively identify deviations from schedule/budget and any other issues, evaluate options and implement optimal solutions within a defined timeframe through appropriate interactions with Project Team members and departmental PMs
- Drive preparation for key decisions at appropriate Vaccines development Team level, and/or escalate to governing bodies as required.
- Understand scientific discussions at Project Team meeting and release meeting minutes
- Ensure identification of project risks and creation of risk register for the project with Project Team, manage the register on an on-going basis.
- Ensure relevant and timely communication around projects to relevant stakeholders,
- Actively contribute to preparation of program/portfolio reviews and provide data related to project as required.
- Ensure documentation and archiving of project governance
