Context
We are the business unit that manages the client relations with large Belgian companies
° meeting all their needs by making available the Bank's entire product range
Function Description
The candidate will:
° play a Key-role in the development and management of the transformation project
° Be responsible for the respect of the project governance
° Be responsible of the follow-up of one or more project workgroups
° Prepare project boards / steering committees
° Ensure the Project monitoring and reporting
° Ensure the Risk and issue management, budget follow-up
° Be responsible for the delivery of project deadlines within time, scope and budget
° Ensure the Liaison between different stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
° Work closely with management
° Initiate and support the change management
Start Date ASAP
Duration 3 months with possible extension

Required knowledge / Experience
Education
Bachelor or Master Degree
Languages Requirement
French Preferred
Dutch Preferred
English Must - spoken and written
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management.
Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Good expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
° Good understanding of work flow processes
° Good knowledge of Project management methodologies
° Strong organizational insight
° Familiar with various IT systems
Soft skills
° Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinking
° Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
° Commercial awareness and customer-oriented
° Proactive
