For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The GPS BIO Leadership Team would like to set up an online community to virtually connect people from the team and organize online activities during 3 days. The online event will take place on 13th 14th and 15th September. The sessions should last 2 to 3 hours and should be duplicated during the day in order to cover Basel time zone and San Francisco time zone. The solution should be based on Google+ and can include other Google tools to showcase the usage of our internal capabilities (Google sites, hangout).
MAIN TASKS:
- Project Initiation support
- Event setup and coordination
- Preparing instructions & user guides for the online activities
- Preparing the communication material and sending it out
- Setting up the content in the online community
- Moderating the event
- Posting the material produced and sending follow up during and after the event
- Supporting overall on the solution setup
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management
- Experience with setting up and moderating Google+ communities and using Google tools
- Experience with event management
- Good English level
START: 1.08.2016
DURATION: 2 MONTHS
