Junior Project Manager

Proteus Europe is currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to work on a three months contract based in Paris , France, to start immediately.

You will be required to develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies, and work instructions.

This is an English speaking role, therefore knowledge of other languages is not essential, although basic French could be an advantage.

You will work closely with the IT team's Coordinator and the Facilities Management Officer, helping them to:
- Perform an assessment of the current situation and propose an action plan with a roadmap (As Is/To Be/Gap Analysis/Roadmap).
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies and work instructions.
- Working with different stakeholders, implement control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies and customer issues are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
- Implement best practices, KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Produce, maintain and communicate process documentation for internal and external use for deliveries and stock management.
- Train permanent staff.
- Participate to the implementation of new tools (inventory management solution), if needed.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to solve inventory problems

Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory and assets management
- Experience in implementation of best practices, KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance
- Experience in drafting policies and work instructions

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of inventory and assets cycles and stock management tools
- Good analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team are very important.
- English B2 level or above
- Knowledge of other IT and financial tools
