Junior Project Manager

Randstad Professionals is looking for a Junior Project Manager for their client in Basel.

Profile: (Junior) Project Manager

Tasks:

- schedule meetings, organize visits, publish agendas, write meeting minutes and maintain action item and decision logs
- create & maintain project plans in MS Project or similar
- Initiate discussions and align team members & subject matter experts to drive timely decision and completion of tasks
- facilitate on time communication to stakeholders, functional line managers and external contacts
- generate reports for senior management
- Willingness to travel to contract manufacturing sites and San Francisco (as needed)
- Works closely with integration team(s)

Qualification:

- you have ideally an educational background in chemistry/biochemistry or (chemical) engineering, natural science, pharmacy
- you made first experiences as a project manager and you are familiar with MS Project
- you have ideally an educational background in supply chain management
- experienced in a cGMP environment
- project management skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- working experience in pharma/biotech is a big advantage
- experience in risk management is a plus

Languages:

You are ideally fluent in English and German (English is a must).
