For this role you will be joining an expanding NHS Trust following a recent merger. You will be responsible for providing ITIL Service Management Skills and expertise to ITIL Implementation projects across Wales. This will include end to end implementation of new processes also negotiating, developing and managing IT service requirements. You will also be required to set up and monitor KPI's as well as conduct regular reviews and agreeing regular service improvement plans.

For this position you will need previous experience within Project Manager/Project Support/Service Delivery within an NHS environment. You will need an IT Relevant qualification and any ITIL qualification will also be highly beneficial for the role.

This is to start ASAP and will pay up to 21.75 per hour (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience.
