-Support change coordinator to structure communication and follow-up with Business Application Owners
-General project support
-Ensure readiness in cooperation with Business Application Owner
-Follow-up on test schedules and raise change requests to schedule as needed
-Update and check portfolio readiness
-Report status to change coordinator
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good work related experience in a project coordinator or PMO role
-Windows 7 and 10 experience would be a plus
-Knowledge using MS Office products
-Team player mentality and flexibility to cover different time zones globally
-Structured approach and task management skills (ability to handle multiple incoming requests)
-Flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
-Ability to work/communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing)
