Junior Project Coordinator - 40%

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR - WIN10 PROJECT

About the project:

The project is about Windows 10 upgrade and Application readiness for Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 11 Project has just started and they are now structuring the different workstreams.

MAIN TASKS:

- Project Support
- Communication to BAO
- Ensuring readiness in cooperation with BAO
- Follow-up on test schedule and raise change request to schedule as needed
- Update and check portfolio readiness
- Reporting status to Change Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role
- Good Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Good Communications skills
- Windows 7 and 10 experience would be a plus

START: 1.06.2016
DURATION: 6 MONTHS - REMOTE WORK POSSIBLE
LOCATION BASEL
