Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR who will be working a Central PMO in Amsterdam for the project governance area of the business

The main part of this role will be to own a weekly project governance forum and the successful candidates will be expected to

- Send invitations for the forum meeting
- Accept submissions for the forum meeting
- Answer any questions prior to the forum
- Produce an agenda and then facilitate the forum
- Take meeting notes and produce a report on the forum

When not working on the weekly forum the successful candidate will take up and be trained on other PMO tasks

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Strong in project governance
- Project management certification
- Experience organizing or facilitating project forums
- Very strong spoken and written English
- Experience within a large scale IT or Telco projects
- Clarity experience
