This very exciting opportunity is a CONTRACTING POSITION planned to START THE 1ST OF MAY until the 31ST OF DECEMBER for one of the BIGGEST PHARMACEUTICAL PLAYERS based in KAISERAUGST (NEAR BASEL).
Background:
The role will be part of a newly implemented Support Office for infrastructure projects.
The Office provides financial, procurement and administrative support across various global projects; with different stakeholders within business and IT.
Purpose:
This role supports a number of project managers to cover the administrative and controlling aspects of the project(s).

- Keeping records of all information related to project for documentation.
- Financial accounting and reporting, ensuring that all necessary protocols are adhered to.
- Providing project management support, carrying out project controlling.
- Performing communication, information and documentation tasks.
- Assurance of quality and resource management.
- Additional support tasks as required by the project teams.

- End date: 31/12/2017
- Location: Kaiseraugst (Basel area)
