Junior Project Assistant - Pharma

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Assistant to support with tasks associated with set up and operational activities with Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC).

Tasks:
Under guidance from ODC Manager:
Review/Update Documentation for ODC's
Security Audit: Address/Coordinate resolution of findings with various parties within Roche and ODC's
As part of a team help define Support Model for ODC:
o interfaces to Service Desk, Back of House Operations,
o links into Active Directory, DSMT, Manage ability of Devices
Working with the Transition Team, define Tool Sets for use to support solutions on remote virtual desktops including Firewall and other security rules to support this

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
- Business fluent English both verbally and in writin
- Experience using DSMT, HPSM tools
- Pharmaceutical experience (esp. experience with working with Offshore partners, with infrastructure and security topics, etc.)

This position will be 100% onsite in Basel and occasionally in Kaiseraugst, there will not be a remote option.
