JUNIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - OSLO, NORWAY - ENGLISH SPEAKING - 6 MONTHS+
(PROJECT MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SUPPORT, PMO)
One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Junior Project Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* General support to the PMO team
* Access management administration - accounts handling, access follow-up, issues solving, etc.
* Project resource management support - time recording and follow-up
* Project availability calendar maintenance
* IT requests and follow-up
* Meetings arrangements
* Assist with internal and external project communication
* Other ad-hoc administrative and project related tasks
SKILLS:
* Good Sharepoint skills
* Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Outlook, Skype for Business, PowerPoint, Microsoft projects)
* General IT understanding
* Previous IT project experience is advantage
* ServiceNow knowledge will be an advantage
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Can-do attitude
* Proactive and service-minded
* Solution oriented, ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks
* Efficient, capable of handling enquiries at the same time and able to prioritize
* Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment
* Eager to grow and develop
